About Us

Sardunya was founded right at the water's edge on Çalış Beach in Fethiye. We took our name from the stubborn geranium that blooms on every balcony along this shore.

Our kitchen runs on two tracks: fish from the morning market on one side, meat from a butcher who knows his craft on the other. Between them sits our meze counter — 82 kinds, all prepared here in our own kitchen every morning.

We serve in hammered copper bowls on thick wooden tables. Because a good table is not set in a hurry, and you shouldn't leave it in one either.
