This privacy notice has been prepared by Sardunya Et Balık Meze (the Business / Data Controller) under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

1. DATA CONTROLLER Your personal data is processed by Sardunya Et Balık Meze (Çalış Plajı, Fethiye / Muğla) acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS If you complete the contact form on our website, we process: • Identity data: your name • Contact data: your telephone number and, if you choose to provide it, your email address • Transaction data: the content of the message you send us

When you visit our website, technical records necessary for the site to function (IP address, browser information) may be retained by our infrastructure providers for security purposes.

5. METHOD OF COLLECTION Your personal data is collected electronically and by fully automated means through the contact form on our website.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA Your data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, to our infrastructure providers who supply server and data storage services, and to public authorities legally entitled to request information. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties, and is never sold or transferred for marketing purposes.

7. RETENTION PERIOD Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was processed and for the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. Once these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK By applying to the data controller, you have the right to: • Learn whether your personal data is being processed, • Request information if it has been processed, • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, • Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad, • Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate, • Request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK, • Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, • Object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems, • Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

9. HOW TO APPLY You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, or through the contact channels on our website. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
